WeGroove Contest Rules


Redison SAS Company, with a registered capital of 184 108,00 euros, whose head office is located at 84 Rue Paul Bert, 62300 Lens - France, registered at the Trade and Companies Registry of Arras under the number 83118744800020, hereinafter referred to as the Organizing Company, organizes a contest with no obligation to buy entitled "WeGroove Contest" from March 28, 2022 to April 18, 2022 included. The address of the head office of the Organizing Company is the only address that will be used for the purposes of this game.


The present contest is open to all natural persons of legal age residing in metropolitan France and abroad. Participation is limited to one participation per person, per household and per e-mail address for the entire duration of the game (same name, same postal address, same e-mail address). The following may not participate in the present game: employees of the Organizing Company, their spouses, descendants and ascendants; service providers or employees of service providers who have given their assistance in the implementation of the present game as well as their spouses, descendants and ascendants.

Participation in this contest implies a loyal attitude. Participation in this contest implies full and complete acceptance of these rules and any amendments thereto. Any attempt to circumvent these rules, to increase one's chances to the detriment of other participants, and more generally any dishonest behavior, will result in the immediate and irrevocable cancellation of the offender's participation.

Each participant is required to participate in person. It is forbidden for the same person to participate via several different identifiers or several accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) It is forbidden to use an automated method of participation. The Organizing Company reserves the right to request any proof necessary to establish that the participant meets the conditions imposed by this article. Any participant who refuses to present the requested proof within 8 days of the request shall be deemed to have renounced his/her participation and therefore, if applicable, his/her prize; without it being possible for him/her to cause any grievance to the Organizing Company. 


  • The participant goes to the website and fills in his/her complete contact details via the registration form
  • He/she takes note of the way his/her personal data will be treated if he/she decides to receive offers from Redison
  • He/she reads the present rules of the game
  • He/she receives an e-mail to inform him/her of the opening of the contest and the terms of participation.

In order to validate his registration to the contest, the participant will have to complete the following actions:

  1. The participant must install the WeGroove application,
  2. The participant must create an account on WeGroove,
  3. The participant will have to launch at least one song and play it until the end, and will have to obtain a score higher than 0.

Once these actions are completed, the participant will automatically participate in the final draw to try to win one of the prizes in the draw mentioned in Article 4 of these rules.
The draw will be held on April 19, 2022 and the winners will be notified by email of their respective winnings. The winner(s) are designated by a random winning process. The participant is deemed to be informed of the risks and dangers of the Internet. The Organizing Company declines all responsibility in the event of connection problems, loss of data, hacking, computer viruses, crashes, etc. and any other inconvenience related to the use of the Internet.

The Organizing Company declines all responsibility in the event that the contact information provided by the participant proves to be erroneous or incorrect.

The Company may, in the event of force majeure, extend the duration of the game, postpone the date of the draw, or modify the conditions of the game without the participants being able to engage its responsibility as a result; subject to informing the participants by any appropriate means.
All modifications, deletions or additions will be considered as annexes to these rules. In the event of events beyond its control, in the event of force majeure, fraud or cheating, or a serious, unforeseen or compelling event, the Organizing Company reserves the right to shorten or cancel all or part of this operation without the participants being able to engage its responsibility in this regard.


The following prizes will be awarded by random draw
- 1 Iphone 13, with an estimated retail value of € 1,000.00 including VAT
- 10 Senstroke Ultimate Boxes, with an estimated retail value of €250.00 including VAT
- 10 Amazon gift cards, with an estimated retail value of €50.00 including VAT

The prizes are not refundable, exchangeable, transferable or assignable. The participant must accept his or her prize. All images or illustrations of the prizes used for the promotional purposes of this operation, regardless of the medium used, are presented as illustrations and have no contractual value. The Organizing Company declines all responsibility in the event of loss, damage or theft of the prize during delivery.
The Organizing Company declines all responsibility in the event of delivery problems or non-delivery of winning e-mails.

The Organizing Company disclaims all liability in the event of misuse of the prizes.
Any participation that does not comply, is incorrectly filled out, illegible, incomplete or erroneous will be invalidated by the Organizing Company. Any attempt to defraud, cheat or circumvent the present rules will result in the invalidation of the offender's participation.

The prizes may only be awarded to valid entries. Throughout the duration of the operation, the Organizing Company reserves the right to replace the prizes offered by other prizes of equivalent nature and value, in particular in the event of stock shortage, judicial liquidation of the supplier, social movement, modification of the contractual agreements with the supplier, failure of the supplier, qualitative defect of the products, etc. The Organizing Company shall not be held liable for this fact.


Each winner accepts and authorizes the Organizing Company to use, distribute and exploit, free of charge, his/her image for any internal and external use and on any type of media (paper - magazines, newspapers, posters, presentations and digital - website, social networks, videos), referring to the contest.

The winner will then have to sign a written authorization relating to the diffusion of his/her image, which will stipulate the terms of use. This authorization is granted for France, except for the uses envisaged on the Internet, which are global in nature, and for a period of 4 months from the signing of the said authorization.

The winners also agree that their postal code and initials may be used, distributed and exploited under the same conditions. At this deadline, Redison will no longer use the image, initials and postal code of the winners on new communication media.

The participant's personal data collected is processed by Redison. They are necessary for registration and participation in the Game. This processing is based on Redison's legitimate interest (organization of games, contests, communication), as well as on consent when necessary. Personal data marked with an (*) are mandatory. Otherwise, the participation cannot be taken into account. The recipients of the personal data are the marketing department of Redison. The data will be kept for the time necessary to participate in the Game.
If the participant agrees, by checking a box, to receive commercial offers by e-mail from Redison. Redison may use the e-mail addresses collected during the Game to send commercial offers to the participant by e-mail.

Personal data is also processed by Redison if the participant agrees to receive information about the offers he/she has selected in the information form. In case of difficulty in connection with the management of your personal data, the participant has the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).


The present rules are subject to French law. If one of the clauses of these rules is considered invalid, the other clauses and the rules themselves will continue to apply. Any claim or dispute, for any reason whatsoever, relating to the Game must be sent in writing to the following address Redison SAS - 84 Rue Paul Bert, 62300 Lens.
Written disputes and claims relating to the WeGroove Contest will not be taken into account after a period of 15 days from 19 April 2022.


The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements making up the Game are strictly prohibited.


The present operation is brought to the attention of the participants by the following means:
