Delay & Shipping Costs
Redison ships worldwide: our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We have two logistics centers, one located in France and one in the United States, which allows us to provide you with the highest level of responsiveness at all times.
The delivery time is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent from our logistics centers for shipment within 24 hours of order placement.
Shipping time: Delivery to foreign countries (outside of France) usually takes between 3 to 5 business days. US orders are shipped via e-packet, which is a product of the US Postal Service. After processing and departure from the logistics center, items usually take between 3 to 10 working days to arrive at your door (depending on your destination country), but may take longer depending on the time of year (Black Friday, Christmas, sales, etc). As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of your package. In case of delay, please contact our Customer Service. We will answer you within 24/48 hours.

Details of return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and within the 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of your order. The return costs are at your charge.

From the moment we receive your return on our platform, it takes about 10 working days to receive your refund. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your refund has been processed by our accounting department.
