Terms of Sale

Version in force as of 30 October 2026

Article 1: Seller

The website www.redison.com is operated by EUGEKA SRL, a company incorporated under Belgian law with its registered office at Avenue de Tervueren 242, 1150 Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 0875.004.336 (VAT BE 0875.004.336).

Redison is a trade name of EUGEKA SRL, operated from its establishment unit at Avenue Louise 137, box 5.2, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium (establishment unit number: 2.384.623.947).

Contact: via the contact form, by email at contact@redison.com or by phone at +33 7 80 98 31 74.

Article 2: Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") apply to all orders placed on www.redison.com by a consumer, i.e. a natural person acting for purposes outside their professional activity.

The Terms are available on the website at all times. They may be amended at any time; the Terms applicable are those in force on the date of the order. Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms.

Article 3: Products

The products offered for sale (in particular the Senstroke kits) are described on their product page. Photos and illustrations are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.

Products are offered while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after the order, the customer is informed and refunded as soon as possible.

The Senstroke and WeGroove apps can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store and Google Play Store. Their use is governed by their own terms: Senstroke terms and WeGroove terms.

Article 4: Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (Belgian VAT included) for deliveries in Belgium and the European Union. For deliveries outside the European Union, European VAT is not included and customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees may be charged by the destination country; they are payable by the customer.

Shipping costs are extra. They are listed on the Shipping & Return page and shown before the order is confirmed.

EUGEKA SRL reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.

Article 5: Orders

To order, the customer adds products to the cart, enters their contact details and delivery address, chooses a delivery and payment method, then checks the order summary (products, prices, shipping costs) before confirming the order and paying.

The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation email. EUGEKA SRL reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, suspected fraud or failed payment.

As orders are prepared as soon as they are confirmed, they can no longer be modified or cancelled. The customer retains their right of withdrawal (Article 8).

Article 6: Payment

The price is payable in full when ordering, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout (bank card, PayPal and, where available, instalment payment offered by a third-party provider). Details are available on the Payment page.

Payments are processed by secure providers. EUGEKA SRL never has access to, nor stores, the customer's card details. The order is only confirmed once payment has been authorised.

Article 7: Delivery

Orders are shipped from Belgium. In Belgium and the European Union, delivery is handled by DPD, to the customer's home (DPD Predict) or to a pickup point (DPD Pickup). Outside the European Union, delivery is handled by DHL Express or UPS.

Orders are handed over to the carrier within 1 to 2 working days. The transit times shown on the Shipping & Return page are indicative. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Failing this, the customer may, after asking EUGEKA SRL to deliver within a reasonable additional period without result, terminate the contract and obtain a refund of the amounts paid.

A tracking link is sent to the customer upon shipment. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by them, takes physical possession of the products.

The customer is invited to check the parcel on receipt and to report any problem (damaged parcel, missing or wrong product) to Customer Service as soon as possible.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the customer has 14 days from the day of receipt of the products to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer informs EUGEKA SRL of their decision by an unequivocal statement, via the contact form or by email at contact@redison.com. They may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

The customer returns the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating their decision, to the following address:
Redison – Returns
Avenue Louise 137, box 5.2
1050 Ixelles
Belgium

Return costs are borne by the customer. Products must be returned complete, in their original condition and packaging. The customer may be held liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

EUGEKA SRL refunds all amounts paid, including the initial delivery costs (based on the cheapest standard delivery offered), no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until the products have been received or the customer has supplied proof of shipment. It is made using the same payment method as the original order.

Article 9: Legal guarantee

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles 1649bis et seq. of the former Belgian Civil Code. EUGEKA SRL is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to have the product repaired or replaced free of charge. If these remedies are impossible or disproportionate, or have not been carried out within a reasonable time, the customer may obtain a price reduction or terminate the sale. To claim under the guarantee, the customer contacts Customer Service describing the problem (with a photo or video if possible). Return costs for a defective product are borne by EUGEKA SRL.

Article 10: Liability

EUGEKA SRL cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract due to the customer, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or to force majeure. It is not liable for damage resulting from use of the products that does not comply with their intended purpose or with the recommendations in their documentation.

Article 11: Customer service and complaints

Customer Service is available Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 5 pm, via the contact form, the website live chat or by email at contact@redison.com.

Article 12: Personal data

Personal data collected when ordering is processed by EUGEKA SRL in accordance with the GDPR, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Article 13: Intellectual property

The website content (texts, images, logos, videos) is protected. Any reproduction is prohibited without authorisation, as set out in the Legal Notice.

Article 14: Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any more protective mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence.

In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact Customer Service first in order to find an amicable solution. Failing this, they may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service free of charge (www.mediationconsommateur.be). If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
